The waterside main house is a restored art deco masterpiece. Once inside the interior auto-courtyard and the 20 foot Delano hedge, a high-tech steel and glass loggia walkway with planting urns, modern sculptures, and smooth black stoned flower gardens, leads you past three creatively decorated and themed individual guest suites, before reaching the 1930's residence. A marble spiral staircase winds to the master suite and guest suite with waterfront and garden courtyard balconies and peaceful vistas. Imported from Bali, the entire teak master suite (flooring, walls, ceilings, and canopy bed) carries you away to Indonesia. The master bath is clad in stone throughout and the master wardrobe closet is finished with cherry lacquered finishes. The second floor suites and baths have southwest marina, cruise ship, downtown skyline, and sunset views.
